When you order, be sure to include color and size where needed.
This saves long distance phone costs and the delay in filling your order
while we glean the information (which gets you better prices and service).
We strive to fill your order promptly and to be well stocked on everything
so that your wait for an order is as short as possible. If you want
to backorder an out-of-stock item, please let us know whether you want
the order shipped complete when the backorder comes in, or if you want
in-stock items shipped immediately.
Our Products are Guaranteed
Your complete satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are not happy
with our products, just return them in original condition within thirty
days. We will refund your money in full on all except cut-to-order items,
for which we can refund you 60% of the purchase price.
A Word About Our Packaging
We are concerned about the state of our environment. For
this reason we use clean, recycled packaging materials to ship your
order wherever possible. This has the added benefit of keeping our costs
down so that we may pass the savings on to you!
How to Pay, How
All prices are in U.S. Dollars, which is the only currency we can
accept. To see current exchange rates to another currency, please use
the Personal Currency Assistant.
We accept advance payment in the form of checks drawn
on U.S. banks; money orders; VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Credit card
orders must subtotal $10.00 or more in merchandise. We do not accept
cash for orders through the mail unless the order is C.O.D. Please make
your payment out to "Needle and Thread." There is a $20.00 fee
charged on returned checks.
